Records of all transactions are stored in the 200kb system and will be treated as the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact the 200kb support team. Before closing your account, you are advised to complete all pending transactions and withdraw any available balance. Even after account closure, certain data may be retained for a specified period as required by applicable law.
